Shipping + Returns

Packaging

Each order is carefully crafted and packed with care by yours truly from Washington, D.C., USA. ♥ We hand pack each order with cardboard backing, eco-plastic bags, and chlorine-free envelopes to make sure it stays safe throughout fulfillment.


Processing Time 

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to ship. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, but I’ll keep you updated if that’s the case.

Fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed.


Shipping Time & Cost

Once your order has left our studio and is with the postal service, shipping times are usually:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days | $5 standard shipping
    • Order with just stickers | $1 standard shipping
  • International orders: 1–3 weeks | $20 standard shipping

International orders may take longer if your package makes new friends at customs. We are not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order.

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can see where your package is in the process.

Once a package is scanned in, we can’t control any delays, but we’re always rooting for a speedy, drama-free delivery. Please reach out at hello@studiowoolgather.com if you’re unsure of where your order is. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We can’t change shipping addresses or combine orders after they’re placed. Please double check your details at checkout to avoid delays. 

If your order displays incorrect address information or is missing any other information we’ll need to fulfill your order, we’ll reach out to you to get more information. If we’ve not heard back from you within 3 business days, we will cancel the order. 

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we will refund your order. If you wish to receive your order, you’ll have to pay for shipping again. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and your original payment account will be refunded for your order. Taxes and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

If you’d like to request order cancellation, please email hello@studiowoolgather.com as soon as possible with your name and order number. We cannot accept cancellations once an order is marked as shipped or fulfilled. 

 

Returns & Refunds 

Due to the handmade nature of our product, we unfortunately don’t accept returns or refunds. 

Exceptions:

  • You received the wrong item (So sorry, that definitely shouldn’t have happened.)
  • Your order arrives damaged (Oh no! Send us picture proof and we’ll sort it out for you.)

In either case, please email hello@studiowoolgather.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
