1. About Studio Woolgather

Studio Woolgather is a Washington, D.C., USA–based business owned and operated by Sarah A. King that offers curated paper goods and stationery, including but not limited to stickers, journaling supplies, and custom services like calligraphy and event stationery.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our content or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

All content on this website— including images, logos, designs, artwork, and written material—is the property of Studio Woolgather and protected under intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.

3. Orders & Payment

All products and services are listed in USD. We accept payments through Shopify, which uses secure third-party payment processors.

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically across the United States and plan to expand internationally in the future. Shipping times and costs are outlined during checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damages

Due to the nature of handmade products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless there has been a significant error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or stolen, and you purchased package protection and can provide proof of loss—we will re-send your order at no additional cost.

6. Custom Services

Custom stationery and calligraphy services are subject to separate timelines, contracts, and pricing. Clients will be invoiced and managed through Honeybook or a similar third-party platform. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. User Data & Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including digital designs and service deliverables, remain the intellectual property of Studio Woolgather unless explicitly transferred in writing.
